One of the simplest exercise tools I've found! Easy to use, then store in the cubby in my living room. Seems like it would be easy, but oh my abs were screaming! I did watch a few tutorial videos, and since I wasn't in the best of shape to begin with I've mostly kept it simple. But after weeks of use (not as often as I should) I can feel a difference in my endurance with it, as well as a little extra room at my waistband.

So since we have all been locked up and I have been eating way too much to keep myself entertained, I decided to get an ab roller. First off, an ab roller requires good upper body strength and a strong core and if not done right, you can hurt your back. So please watch videos to get the correct form! Having said that, the product does get the job done! I am sore after the first use. It is smaller than expected and you have to assemble the rod for the handles yourself. Initially I didn’t do it right because it was a bit tough to push the handles all the way through which got me banging the end of the handles against the floor to get it all the way in. It’s pretty light weight and small enough to easily be stored or carried in your gym bag. The knee pad isn’t of great quality. Just after first use, my knees left dents on them. Overall it’s a good product and the make is alright.

This ab roller definitely got my arms and abs working. The resistance bands are what makes this product a good value. Only issue is that the handles do slip off easily. EDIT: I added a star because customer support reached out TO ME after reading my review. Explained that I needed to properly assemble the handles by pushing them in hard. I did it and now the product is perfect! Hopefully my arms strengthen up as clearly they are too weak to push a handle on

I've used these abs roller at gym before, but it is always super hard for me. I went for this one in particular because of the width of the wheel, assumed it would be a little easier with extra surface area. And it def helped a bunch. To me, this is perfect since I'm able to slow down the rolling and do a few more rep each set. They do come in in pieces but super easy to put it all together, less than a minute literally. They do come with a knee pad and a resistance bands. Overall, loving these and have been using it everyday as my home core workout!

I owned another (bigger) ab roller for a few years before buying this one. Loved it, yet it was hard to lug around. It wouldn't fit easily into my gym bag and walking around in the gym with it was annoying. This one is perfect. It was super easy to assemble and fulfilled on its promise of a smooth glide while doing the movements. I don't personally find much use for the knee mat because I use the mats at my gym. Maybe if I used this product at home it would be more useful to me.

When we first tried it we used it all wrong, but once I watched a video on YouTube it all clicked in my head and we figured it out. Once we did it right (did not use the resistance bands, little pad is for under your knees) I could really feel the burn all through my abs. My teenage daughter tried it too and she could do it and feel the burn. Easy enough for anyone to start, but challenging to master with many levels to work through. I think 10 knee rolls a day for awhile will get abs in no time.

I needed core exercise badly since my pants will not fit me in the near future. So I bought this exercise equipment, and I found it really helps. The first few days were hard and painful. I couldn't do more than 3 times. But after 5 days, I felt comfortable with increasing the number of times. So it does challenge you. The roller is really easy to assemble in few seconds. The wheel might move to the left or right depending on how you push, so you need to use your own muscle to stay aligned with the direction of the roller. The straps also help pulling back after you stretch fully. Overall, it is an excellent core exercise equipment in my gym room. Highly recommend it to others.

I've had a wheel like this before but it was just single wheel and not around we like this one. I like this one much better because shape of the wheel allows you to lean to the left and right and I'm able to hit my obliques much easier. And this will has really heavy duty and solid. I'm also able to do planks with this have roller hand it is giving me a lot of variation to my ab routine which is really cool. Seems like it's made out of great quality materials heading to stand the test of time.

This is really a fantastic product and i have enjoyed using it in the past few weeks.The handles are very comfortable and it is easy for me to carry it around.I has always seen people using AB rollers in the gym but was afraid to attempt as i thought i might use them wrongly and possibly hurt myself so i finally decided to buy and try them out at home instead.After 2-4 days of consistently using them i measured my waistline and noticed it was 1-2 inches less, so i will continue to use the product and maybe after 6 months i might be in much better shape

I've worked through 3 ab-wheels before this one: Broke 2 from use and bought this to replace the dying one I just tossed.. This is a great product. A nice stable groove in the center of the 2 halves. The opposing halves are curved to allow side-arc excercises. It even comes with a piece of foam mat just big enough to put your knees on (you'll replace it with a larger mat or garden pad in time, but it's a very nice touch to start you off.) Don't know what to say about the bungee-assist straps...never used such but I'll give them the huzzah later if they prove useful for final burn reps I guess. 5/5

I've been using this for about a month now. I purchased it because I was trying to add more ab work into my workout routine. I had already tried a friend's ab roller, so I knew I wanted one, and I like this one even better than his. I didn't even think I would use the knee pad (I have a yoga mat that is too thin for me to comfortably do side planks on), but I use it every time now. I've only used the resistance bands to do some stretches so far, but they seem like they'll last too. Great deal.

Let me tell you that even though this is a simple workout that anybody can do, it will test not only your core but your upper body strength as well. I’d be lying if I said my arms don’t get get a good workout as well, to be honest they even shake a little on the extensions. Nevertheless the machine come the simple to put together ab roller, resistant bands, knee pad, and a little instructional pamphlet. As always be sure to watch a few videos on YouTube and make sure you’re using the simple device correctly, a lot and I repeat a lot of people use it incorrectly and end up hurting their back and lower back. Please take the time and research before adding this to your regiment. Also don’t be afraid to put your weight on it, it holds up to 600 lbs.

Super EASY TO ASSEMBLE. You don't need instructions really. There's only 4 parts, and it's obvious how it all comes together. Just make sure you really push the handles on to the bar. There shouldn't be any extra space so you'll know when it's on right. QUALITY is also really good. If i had to nitpick I'd say that the handles could do with being slightly longer. You don't want your hands right next to the wheel when it's rolling as it'll rub against your hand if you're too close. Another inch maybe would have been fine. As it is I just space my hands a bit more, and it still works fine. STABILITY is really good, and it's ultimately why I picked this roller. You really do need the wider wheel when you're rolling out (especially if you're a newbie) so getting the extra space in wheel width is great. Now to be clear, it is EASY TO USE, but it's important you START SMALL. Don't rush into this. Using an Ab Roller is one of the hardest exercises you can do when done correctly. Take your time, go a little bit at a time, and if you feel any pain at all you need to pull back. FINAL VERDICT This is a great Ab Roller, and I'm really happy I got it. I would have liked a bit more length in the knee pad, but what I have works fine. The added wheel width, quality of the roller itself, and included resistance bands made this buy a no-brainer.

This wheel has had a huge impact on me in just under a week of use. I have been rolling out on this wheel for fifteen reps in three sets every day since it has arrived and already I feel much stronger around my core. I feel my stomach tighten up both on the upper portion as well as down low. I hesitate to say that I am starting see results in such a short period of time but I am confident that if I keep up the hard work the results will be obvious.

Standard wheel. Good width, free-rolling operation. Minor assembly required. The handles overall I would say are comfortable, on the 'medium' side of durability... Suitable for the purpose. Knee pad is a little small, but adequate, particularly for the price. Resistance bands seem of a decent quality, but I haven't really used them personally. I do like the texture of the rubber wheel itself... It's softer than most of the other wheels I've seen out there, and thus is much more kind to whatever floor/surface it is used upon... An advantage over the others in my opinion.

This ab roller has a quick and easy setup. Good for travel or hiding at your work desk ;-) The attachment helps to maintain controlled cadence. It helps build strength; you can engage the internal and external obliques at the sides of the waist but angles can feel like a strain on the shoulder. Still, I like it for balance and posture help since I have scoliosis. My guy used it and he’s 180 and handles and everything worked fine (no buckling).

I started slow, not wanting to overdo, and I can quickly feel those abs being targeted. You feel the burn almost immediately, even with minimal extension. I would caution anyone who doesn't have an extensive workout routine to ease your way into this. If you try to do too much in the beginning, you'll overtax your muscles and, maybe, not want to continue. The wheel is fairly stable with its wide tread and, because it has a rubber coating, it doesn't slip. The grips are comfortable and seem to be sufficiently padded. Assembly is minimal and extremely simple. This one's a keeper. Washboard stomach, here I come. ;-)

The product came in good time and this is my first time using one of those things. I am trying to target the muscles this wheel gets and it definitely feels like it is working, a good burn from using this, bars are metal with soft grips and the wheel itself is smooth with rubber padding that works great on wood floor I am using it with, the little mat that comes with it is also great to use with this as it pads mu knees from getting saw, which was an issue when I didn't use it. If you want different way to work out on abs, this is a great option

Quite simply the best ab roller on the market. I've used various ones in the past. At the gym, at friends', at work. Nothing is as smooth, quiet or as stable as this. The rubber tread is perfect. It's grippy and quiet. Most rollers have hard rubber or plastic tread. All are noisy when used on anything but carpet. This can be used on any surface for a smooth and grippy motion. The ebooks are comprehensive and detailed. They have a lot of information in from a real beginner to more advanced needs. The company follow up your purchase with correspondence to ensure you're satisfied. Which I am. But it's a nice touch. Don't buy anything else.

This ab wheel is really nice. I was looking for a wheel that didn't look flimsy and this thing seems really solid. Very happy with this purchase! Pros: I was worried it would be difficult to assemble as workout equipment can be sometimes, but it was crazy easy! You just slip the wheel and one handle on and you're done. Took 5 seconds. The wheel itself is a great width. Other wheels seem like the 'tire' is harder plastic. This 'tire' is very rubberized making it really non-slip on any surface. I also like that the 'tire' is wider and had slightly rounded edges making it really stable when you working towards the side or bending at an angle for hitting your obliques. Rolls very easily on any surface while still feeling really solid. I've tried other ab wheels which just seem kind of flimsy, like the wheel moves side to side to much, and it makes for an unnerving exercise. This one has no flimsiness when moving to the side. I find it best to use on a large yoga mat though in case you fall on your face, ha! The grip is comfortable enough.

Jump rope good, adjustable size height 182 did not change length just right, you can make a longer each end by 4-5 cm can be shortened, the device of handles this allows. Mat is hard, easy to sell and feel knee pain, do not recommend, the roller is good, I did not give a great load until I bent down and did not crack, but it does not twist freely, maybe it should be.
