Iron Chest Pro PUsh UP 

Well this thing is awesome. Just got it for christmas and the whole family has tried it out. We all like how there are different positions for a pushup and I like that it doesn't move when I'm going down.

Im 39 and have been working out since I was 15. This is the BEST thing I have EVER used to workout. I stopped using the gym in my home because of this (except for legs). One problem though, the chest button in my shirts started to pull a lot so I had to change my wardrobe a little. I wear more polo's and sweaters now lol. The most inner grips for shoulders and chest I don't use (I don't think they are good for the wrist. But this has literally changed the way I work out permanently. Pound for Pound with amazing results in a very short time. I also purchased one for my 18 year old son and he is also addicted. I talk about it so much that people thought I was apart of the companies marketing team. Because it comes apart, I'm able to pack it when I travel.

I impulse-bought this thing during COVID social distancing because I haven't been working out as much and I decided I needed some motivation. It's surprisingly nice, and I'm doing the included workout plan. Day 1 had me doing 70 push-ups with some cardio breaks between each set, which was a bit much for me so I modified it to 40 total reps. If you follow the workout plan and do the recommended workouts every time you switch positions, this will for sure get results and you will feel the burn. The only cons are: when the handles are on the outer-most position I worried a tiny bit that the handles would roll out of the holes due to the horizontal force I was exerting on them. It didn't happen, but it made me slightly paranoid and I wished there was some sort of "snap into place" system for the handles. Also, this is a minor complaint but this thing smelled so bad out of the box I had to air it out for a bit because the smell gave me a headache. It goes away, but plan to air this bad boy out for a day before use. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. Of course, results are going to depend on your personal motivation but spending money on something and having an easy to follow workout plan is working for me so far.

because of COVID all the gyms closed but I didn't want a home gym. This system is worth every penny. Works all four major areas and I do sets of 60. You won't get massive but you will definitely stay in shape. I will say after doing cardio your hands are sweaty and its a good idea to use gloves, which i don't I just suck it up. It does break apart and you can take it anywhere if your luggage carrier is wide enough. I started with 25 reps per sets, but now I'm at 60 reps per set.

I like doing pushups in my workouts, so this is a great little product. And it comes with a laminated sheet that lists workout programs to follow, from beginner to advanced. Some people have an issue with how the handles have to big wiggled a bit out of the holes to move them into the different positions, but I don't have a problem with that. The only *extremely minor* criticism I have is that on the workout sheet, the section about working your back muscles has white text on a bright yellow background. It's nearly impossible to read. I can't believe they released the product that way without anyone noticing it and fixing it. Overall, this product is exactly what it looks like. If it looks like something you'd be interested in, get it. It's not expensive,. it's not going to break. It doesn't require setup. Doesn't get much easier than this.

I do a lot of push-ups and have for years. when I have a minute throughout the day, I may knock out 30 or 40. But, using different hand positions is difficult on a flat floor and without guidance. This power press board gives you the ability to do deeper push-ups and gives very clear guide lines for working different muscle groups. I love that I can pick a hand position, and insert the pegs and jump right in. Some days, I will pick one position and leave the handles in. When I walk by the room and have a few seconds, I will knock out some reps. The next day, maybe I will reposition the handles to work a little more tri or back. The guide lines are very clear and for a guy my size, seem to pretty accurate and effective. The board breaks down into two pieces and take up very little space. The one concern I have is the stability of the board itself. It is a semi-sturdy plastic and with some of the wide push-ups, for instance working the back, I am afraid that my weight will pop the handles through. This has not happened and I have done thousands of reps. but that was something I noticed. I would definitely buy this item again. I love it and use it every day.

I've purchased lots of different work out products. Some were worth buying and some were worthless. I was a little apprehensive about buying due to the price but this push up board was definitely worth the money. I really wanted this board because it allows consistency in my workouts. Because the push up locations are preset I know that I'm always using the same angles and distances to target specific muscle groups. The board and handles are well made. The board is easy put together and store. The handles are comfortable and sturdy. For my workout I do 5 reps of each preset location until I have completed the entire board with as few breaks as I can manage. It's really a simple device but it makes a big difference in the effectiveness of my workout. It also provides a visual clue to my workouts which is mentally much easier than trying to knock out endless push ups on a mat. Out of all of the workout gadgets and products that I've purchased I would say that the power press board will definitely be a part of my workout for a long time. I would definitely recommend this product.

I use this before my cardio workout to provide some balance in the upper body, and heavy weights can damage my joints, especially shoulders and elbows. I don't follow the provided schedule, but do a set on each Red and Green Mon/Wed, each Blue and Yellow Tue/Thu, and half of all four Fri. I increase the number as possible. Can see the results in the chest and triceps the most. No shoulder joint pains after the first few weeks. I really like the regimented patterns and get a sense of accomplishment when moving to another position. OK to use on carpeted floor, very solid plastic, but I get nervous with the handles on the closer positions and try to keep vertical pressure (I'd prefer metal-metal contact). As for the instructions, they should use light vs dark blue since dark blue is hard to see on a black background. Recommended.

I'm not a fan of the flat bench press, and I will argue to the death that the push-up and pull-up are the absolute best upper body workouts you can do for overall strength. The problem is linear progression is needed in order to build muscle. This can be handled by either increasing reps, increasing weight, or increasing the difficulty of the exercise (elevate, slow movement, etc.). To combat this, I purchase a weighted vest, and used it with my push-up stands twice a week, and twice a week for doing pull-ups and dips. So why should you spend 5 times as much on this over push-up handles that take up less space? Because it is worth it!!!

I don’t review unless I’m compelled to do so. This piece of mechanics is great. Although I know how to do these exercises on my own, this product makes it easy, efficient, and is dependable in a way that you cannot cheat in anyway. No need for a big home gym that a lot of us have spent money on. No smith machine needed. Just good ol strength and about 20 minutes of your time. You can follow the routines that are included via cell phone scan, or use the chart included, or just get down and do the colors that coincide with your personal exercise plan that day. I have not worked out in a while. The first day I got this I did the whole upper body from start to finish only doing 5 reps per set. 2 days later I gave the normal feeling of torn muscle fibers that you get when you take time off and life free weights at the gym. I love it. The best part it doesn’t take up space. Include your own cardio, stretching, and core training and you’re set. ( I have never given a 5 star review before).

REALLY great product - I do a quick set of pushups before bed (rotating between R-G-B-Y each night) and have noticed huge changes in just a few months. Given, I did zero exercise before hand - but that's why this product is so great... I actually USE this product consistently. It's so simple for me to pump out some push ups while swishing mouth wash before bed - it has become second nature. I've noticed better posture, more toned muscles, and have dropped from 175 to 168 in a few months. I went from about 5 pushups per night to 30 right now. Again, I am not some exercise buff - I'm a workaholic who sits in front of the computer and eats junk food religiously. That's why this product is SO VALUABLE to me... It's one of only fitness products I've ever used consistently, because it's so easy to use. It took me just a couple days to build the habit, and it's one of the only 'healthy habits' I've ever had... Highly recommended - maybe not for the fitness buff who lives at the gym, but SO PERFECT for the 'everyday joe'...

My fitness crazy 15.5yr old son is absolutely loving this piece of equipment. Great concept for home use. Sturdy, lightweight, compact and such a great addition having the QR code to scan to link to workouts on your phone, laptop, tablet, etc. My son was going to get this after he had done his GCSE's in May/June but that's all scrapped !!!!!!!!! so thought he would benefit mentally/physically getting it now and so pleased I did. Nicely made and accompanied with a laminated workout poster. Highly recommend for what it is and what it can do in a more fun, intensly focused way.

I would recommend this push up board. It solid, good quality and I like how I can move the handles to concentrate on different areas of my body. I do prefer using this board than equipment free. If you put the effort in, it does workout your body well but you still do need to incorporate other workouts to work other muscles.

I was shopping for a push up bar (to protect my wrists when doing press-ups). This was the perfect purchase.

I scarcely review products (only when something is truly awful will I be motivated to give it a low rating) but this product deserves every star available - it’s effn’ AMAZING!! It seems so simple but you are given a board with various positions to connect the bar into and do a set of push ups. A workout plan is provided and pretty simple to follow. The best bit is the workouts are designed to expend high bursts of energy but in a limited amount of time. For me it takes around 30 minutes and I’m done and literally sweating buckets. I’ve been going to the gym for years (years) and I have never seen such a transformation on my chest. I’ve been using it for just over a month.

Was worry about quality until the product arrived it feels solid, very happy with it.

If you are a beginner like me this is the best you can get! it forces you to do the exercises with proper form and posture! which is something many beginners like me struggle when changing from being a potato to an active person. I am happy to share that I can now perform at least 5 push ups of each variation, which does not sound that much but for someone that struggled with even knee push ups, I consider it an improvement.

This board is great! It does not look like it could be of alot of help but as soon as you start doing the workouts it burns and it feel harder than doing bench press! I am really impressed and they give you al the workout help you can get! Videos and a workout sheet! This is a must have! After i was almost done with my chest workout i had to finish the last few positions on my knees! And even like that it was a killer! Highly recommend! I am 6’1 and weight at 278 lbs and this board feel good to support my weight!

What to say, the thing is cool and useful, really strains those muscles that are listed in the scheme. There are questions only to the packaging and the quality of the plastic itself. The packaging is just symbolic, I'm lucky that I did not beat anything. As for the plastic itself, the weight it will withstand on any, but here the smell and accuracy of the manufacture leaves much to be desired. The result is such, it is definitely worth taking, but for this money, do not expect super quality.

Looks good. Text from left side to right side is a bit mismatched. Handles are hard plastic. May want to get some athletic tape like used with tennis rackets or baseball bats but it’s not necessary. I’m I pretty big guy, well, wide. The grip width seems good. Good deal. Very happy.

The Push-Up Rack Board is great, made of good material, arrived 3 weeks early! IMPORTANT: he is the only one who has the correct designs and colors for the muscles involved in the exercises, the others have wrong indications. I find it very useful for perfecting my workouts by training specific muscles (I was already trained). It is also excellent for maintaining the position of the exercises you already know. Almost only flaw: the grip is perfect and stable but the handles are very lightly hard: I solved it with a simple soft overgrip tape for the handle of the tennis rackets.
